Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships for a fast-growing offshore staffing platform. You will be paid in USD on a bi-monthly schedule and work in a 100% remote setup.

Responsibilities include regular account check-ins and ensuring the quality of candidates presented to clients. The role requires experience in customer success or staffing, with familiarity in offshore hiring markets.

Job description

We're looking for an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships at Hire Overseas, a fast-growing offshore staffing platform that helps founders and executives hire full-time overseas talent.

You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th).

Client Relationship Management

• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting
• Clear, real, personal written communication; Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa

A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your customer success or account management experience, and walking through a situation where you caught and resolved a client problem before it escalated is required. Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
