Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own and nurture existing client relationships for our offshore staffing platform. You will ensure the quality of every candidate placed with clients and run regular check-ins to spot and resolve issues before they escalate.

This fully remote role offers flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with the founders and a fast-growing client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, written communication; background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.

Job description

We're looking for an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships at Hire Overseas, a fast-growing offshore staffing platform that helps founders and executives hire full-time overseas talent.

You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th).

Client Relationship Management

• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting
• Clear, real, personal written communication; Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa

A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your customer success or account management experience, and walking through a situation where you caught and resolved a client problem before it escalated is required. Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
