Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships for a fast-growing offshore staffing platform. This role is 100% remote for U.S.-based candidates, with semi-monthly USD payroll, and you will directly support founders and top clients to ensure successful engagements.

You will manage regular check-ins, ensure candidate quality for client opportunities, and leverage offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.

We're looking for an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships at Hire Overseas, a fast-growing offshore staffing platform that helps founders and executives hire full-time overseas talent. You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)

• Work directly with both co-founders of a fast-growing offshore staffing company with a strong referral-driven client base
• Client Relationship Management

• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client
• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting
• Clear, real, personal written communication; Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa
• A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your customer success or account management experience, and walking through a situation where you caught and resolved a client problem before it escalated
