Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships for its offshore staffing platform. This fully remote role involves managing client relationships, ensuring candidate quality, and coordinating with the founders to deliver exceptional service.

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.
• A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your customer success or account management experience, and walking through a situation where you caught and resolved a client problem before it escalated.

We're looking for an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships at Hire Overseas, a fast-growing offshore staffing platform that helps founders and executives hire full-time overseas talent. You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
