Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships and ensure client success for our offshore staffing platform.

This role offers a 100% remote setup and pays in USD with bi-monthly payroll. Candidates should have relevant experience in customer success or account management and be comfortable working with offshore talent markets.

Qualifications

Job description

We're looking for an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships at Hire Overseas, a fast-growing offshore staffing platform that helps founders and executives hire full-time overseas talent.

You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th).

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting
• Clear, real, personal written communication; Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa

A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your customer success or account management experience, and walking through a situation where you caught and resolved a client problem before it escalated is required. Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
