Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking an experienced Task Force Director / General Manager to assume interim executive accountability for designated hotels and provide hands-on leadership across our portfolio. The role focuses on stabilizing performance, driving profitability, and ensuring brand compliance during transitions.

Qualifications

• At least five years of General Manager experience in premium-branded hotels.
• Proven track record of improving profitability, labor productivity, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience with turnarounds, transitions, openings, renovations, and multi-property leadership preferred.
• Marriott experience preferred; other major brands valued.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical judgment, and decisive communication.

Responsibilities

• Step into assigned hotels as an interim operational leader, quickly assess conditions, establish priorities, and create a practical path forward.
• Stabilize performance across operations, financial results, guest experience, brand compliance, associate engagement, safety, and owner commitments.
• Translate data into action using operating statements, labor/STR reports, guest feedback, audits, and performance metrics.
• Lead transitions, openings, renovations, due diligence, audits, and other strategic assignments while keeping hotel operations moving.
• Build trust with hotel teams through visible leadership, clear expectations, recognition, coaching, and accountability.
