Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels seeks an experienced Task Force General Manager to take interim responsibility for assigned hotels across our portfolio. You will lead operations, stabilize performance, and drive stronger financial results, guest experiences, brand compliance, and employee engagement.

The role requires credibility in unfamiliar environments, clear communication with corporate and owners, and the ability to close assignments with measurable, lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• At least five years of General Manager experience in premium-branded hotels.
• Demonstrated record of improving profitability, flow-through, labor productivity, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance.
• Experience with turnarounds, transitions, openings, renovations, stabilization, task force, regional, or multi-property leadership preferred.
• Marriott experience strongly preferred; other major brands valued.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical judgment, and decisive leadership under pressure.
• Calm, respectful leadership that builds trust across hotel, corporate, ownership, and brand relationships.
• Comfort working across hotel systems and tools including PMS and revenue platforms.

Responsibilities

• Step into assigned hotels as an interim operational leader, quickly assess conditions, establish priorities, and create a practical path forward.
• Stabilize performance across operations, financial results, guest experience, brand compliance, associate engagement, safety, and owner commitments.
• Translate data into action using operating statements, labor and STR reports, guest feedback, audits, and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead transitions, openings, renovations, repositioning efforts, due diligence, audits, and other strategic assignments while keeping hotel operations moving.
• Build trust with hotel teams through visible leadership, clear expectations, recognition, coaching, and constructive accountability.
• Strengthen staffing and leadership capability by identifying development needs and building bench strength.
• Keep owners and corporate partners informed with candid progress updates, risks, and next steps.
• Close each assignment with documented results and a clear handoff for lasting success.
