General Hotels Corporation is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Task Force Manager to provide operational leadership and financial & administrative support across our portfolio. Based in the Midwest, the role allows travel to any state within our portfolio and oversees interim GMs, accounting, training, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Prior roles as a General Manager or Controller preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90% with overnight stays.
• Strong written communication for corporate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership for General Managers and department heads.
• Assist hotel accounting operations and payroll management.
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Conduct operational and hotel accounting training programs.
• Support openings, renovations, and brand transitions.
• Ensure compliance with franchise regulations and SOPs.
• Interact with employees and guests to champion policies.
