Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on hotel General Manager experience.
• Proven leadership and team development background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree required; multilingual candidates preferred.
• Local candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 6-8, providing coaching and motivation.
• Deliver exceptional guest services and maintain hotel cleanliness.
• Manage revenue, budget expenses, inventories, and purchasing.
• Analyze P&L and submit variance reports promptly.
• Drive sales and marketing to maximize profitability.
• Build rapport with local partners and target accounts.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
