Job summary

Paragon Hotel Company seeks a seasoned Hotel Bench Manager to provide temporary General Manager coverage and operational leadership at properties as needed.

You will travel extensively, assess operations, set priorities, coach leadership teams, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

A strong background in hotel management, budgeting, staffing, and ability to adapt to multiple brands and markets is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel management experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Previous General Manager/Operations leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing hotel operations, budgets, staffing, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Assume temporary General Manager responsibilities at assigned hotels.
• Lead and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and F&B as applicable.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, service standards, and hotel presentation; address issues promptly.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and financial results; control costs while maintaining service quality.
• Travel to properties as required and maintain leadership presence.
