Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in hotels.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, QA, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to read P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim hotel leadership during GM vacancies or transitions.
• Assess property performance and implement improvement plans.
• Coach, train, and support General Managers and property leadership teams.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and employee relations.
• Drive guest satisfaction, cleanliness, service, and brand compliance.
• Monitor financial performance, labor, revenue, and key hotel metrics.
• Ensure company policies, brand standards, and QA requirements are achieved.
• Support openings, acquisitions, renovations, and special projects.
• Communicate performance and action plans to senior leadership.
