Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in financial services or retail sales.
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
• Ability to operate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor with effective email/video communication.
• On-site training for 5–6 weeks, 8:45–5:45, Mon–Fri.
• Post-training hours may be 9:15–6:15 or 11:05–8:05, Mon–Fri, with alternating Saturdays.
• After 90 days, transition to a hybrid model with two days on-site.

Responsibilities

• Displays an engaging, on-screen presence and communicates effectively via video conferencing.
• Assists members with transactions, account maintenance, and inquiries.
• Provides prompt, accurate service while processing transactions.
• Maintains and balances virtual cash drawer.
• Uses consultative selling to identify member needs and recommend products.
• Learns ITM operation and keeps tech skills up to date.
• Balances and prioritizes multiple tasks and member issues.
• Follows risk mitigation processes and procedures.
