Qualifications

The VMA completes routine financial transactions while utilizing consultative selling techniques to recommend products and services that best meet members’ needs. A courteous, professional demeanor, technical aptitude, and attention to detail are essential in this role.**Primary responsibilities:*** Displays an engaging, on-screen presence, positive attitude, and effective communication style through video conferencing.* Assists members with a wide variety of transactions, account maintenance, and handles general inquiries and information requests.* Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate service to members while processing their transactions.
