Rivermark Community Credit Union in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Personal Video Teller to provide exceptional service via Interactive Teller Machines and email. You will complete routine financial transactions, balance a virtual cash drawer, and use consultative selling to meet member needs.

The role requires 1+ years of financial or retail sales experience, strong communication skills for email and video conferencing, and Spanish language ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years financial institution or retail sales experience.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies, processes, and procedures.
• Effective communication via email and video conference.
• On-site training 8:45 a.m.–5:45 p.m. for 5–6 weeks.
• Post-training hours 8:45 a.m.–6:15 p.m., Mon–Fri with alternate Saturdays.
• After 90 days, potential move to hybrid work with two days on-site.
• Spanish speaking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Display engaging on-screen presence and professional communication via video.
• Assist members with transactions, account maintenance, and inquiries.
• Provide prompt, accurate service while balancing a virtual cash drawer.
• Use consultative selling to identify member needs and recommend products.
• Learn and operate Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
• Balance and prioritize multiple tasks and member issues.
• Adhere to risk mitigation processes and procedures.
