Daily duties include inbound calls, documentation in CRM systems, and navigating multiple applications to provide accurate information.

• REMOTE OPPORTUNITY****** TEKsystems has partnered with a major client seeking Licensed Insurance Agents for a fully remote Customer Service opportunity.
• On a daily basis this individual will be handling inbound customer calls related to renters insurance, providing support for policy servicing, billing inquiries, payments, coverage questions, claims assistance, and website troubleshooting.
• They will be accurately processing policy changes, rewrites, and servicing transactions while adhering to insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and company compliance standards.
• Documentation experience required as they will be documenting customer interactions in CRM systems and navigate multiple applications simultaneously to provide timely and accurate information.
• Requires strong call center/customer service experience, excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 30 days of hire.

This is a contract opportunity through December 31, 2026.

This is a Contract position based out of Richardson, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
