Job summary

TEKsystems in North Richland Hills, TX (hybrid) is seeking a Member Service Representative to respond to member inquiries in a fast-paced, schedule-driven contact center. You will handle transactions for savings, checking, loans, and cards while delivering accurate information and friendly service.

Training runs for 6 weeks, Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm, with a 40-hour work week and flexible shifts. Pay is $22.25 per hour, contract-to-hire, with benefits eligibility as described.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume contact center setting.
• Ability to process transactions for savings, checking, loans, and credit products.
• Strong listening and information delivery skills to assist members.

Shifts Range: Monday -Saturday OR Sunday-Friday - 10:30am - 9:30pm (40 hour work week, flex shift)

Training Schedule: Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm for first 6 weeks (cannot miss any time during training)

Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.

• Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.

• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.

• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.
