Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Member Service Representative in the Dallas, TX area. This hybrid role requires you to work within 60 miles of Dallas, with a start date window in September-October.

The position focuses on handling high-volume member inquiries, providing product information, and performing routine banking transactions. Qualified candidates will have a HS Diploma/GED, strong computer and typing skills, and must maintain a hard-wired home internet connection.

Remote with restrictions (must live within 60 mile radius of Dallas, TX)

Pay Rate: $22.25/hr

Schedules Range: Sun-Sat, between the hours of 11:30am - 12am CST (5 day work week, 8 hr days)

Start Dates: September 28th, October 13th and October 19th

Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, Customer Service Skills and Typing Speed (Assessments will be Required)
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent minimum
• MUST be able to have a hard-wired connection to router in home workspace
• No Time Off during training

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $22.25 - $22.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
