Job summary

TEKsystems in El Paso, TX is seeking a contract Benefits Clerk to handle 30-40 inbound calls daily, providing information on benefits and group insurance programs. You will examine data, identify needs for changes in design and procedures, and record employee enrollment in benefits.

You’ll explain complex program aspects to employees and dependents, drawing on NICE Benefits knowledge and call center experience. This is a hybrid El Paso role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience required.
• NICE Benefits knowledge is helpful.
• Call center training or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Pinpoints needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures. Records employee enrollment in benefits. Explains and interprets more complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents. Utilizes specialty in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring more in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures than the Benefit Clerk.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
