Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced learning designer to create dynamic eLearning, ILT, blended, or performance-support training that boosts employee capability and productivity.

You will collaborate with SMEs to define objectives, develop content, and evaluate impact, while aligning with Ryder’s goals and competencies. The role emphasizes applying adult learning principles, leveraging Storyline/Articulate tools, and delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, instructional design technology, education technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing and developing e-learning or training materials and/or solutions.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline is required; strong adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing aligned with major initiatives, goals and competencies.
• Consults with SMEs and business owners to develop objective-driven content and evaluation strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures solutions match objectives; communicates creative ideas and builds partnerships.
