Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic training solutions for employees. The role collaborates with SMEs to ensure effective objectives, content, and evaluation strategies across eLearning, ILT, blended, and performance support formats.

You will create proposals, apply best practices in adult learning, and stay current with trends in training methods while delivering on tough deadlines and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, instructional design technology, or related field; 8+ years in designing e-learning or training materials.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline required/advanced.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Able to work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended or performance support training.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop objectives, content and evaluation strategies.
• Create learning proposals and ensure solutions align with goals and timelines.
• Incorporate best practices in instructional technologies and adult learning.
• Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned.
