SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning content across SERVPRO’s Schools of Learning. You will translate standards into engaging experiences delivered through on-demand, virtual, and live modalities, aligned with SERVPRO’s brand and strategy.

Reporting to the Director, Instructional Design, you will craft storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, assessments, and multimedia assets, working with SMEs to ensure

Formación

• 3+ years of instructional design experience in corporate training, L&D, or franchise/field-based environments.
• Experience designing multi-modality learning (on-demand, ILT, blended).
• Background in SERVPRO Schools (Restoration, Construction, Office, Biz Dev, Leadership, Onboarding) preferred.
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, etc.).
• Understanding of LMS structure, content governance, and metadata best practices.
• Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex information for diverse learners.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across L&D and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Build high-quality learning content for on-demand modules, instructor-led training, blended programs, and microlearning.
• Translate operational standards, SOPs, and business needs into measurable learning objectives and structured learning experiences.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, participant guides, assessments, and multimedia assets.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business goals, performance gaps, and learner needs.
• Partner with SMEs to validate content accuracy and ensure alignment with real-world practices.
• Collaborate with Field Capability to ensure ILT content supports evolving learning objectives.
• Maintain content standards, brand voice, and instructional design standards.
• Design assessments, knowledge checks, and capability validation tools.
