Qualifications
1 year of experience in project scheduling is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office is necessary.
Ability to commute to Nashville, TN 37204 or willingness to relocate before starting work is required.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with the local community.
Answer phones in a professional manner and provide daily reports of calls made.
Schedule and confirm all appointments for installations.
Maintain an organized office area and keep inventory stock as received.
Ensure work areas are clean and operational.
Maintain a professional relationship with co‑workers and vendors.
Learn quickly to new and changing processes within the company.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Assist with permitting for mechanical, electrical, and gas permits.
Use multi‑line phones as preferred.
