Job summary

POOLCORP, Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers at the counter and over the phone, process orders, and support showroom and basic warehouse operations. You will build strong customer relationships, learn product details, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers for most of the day.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use basic computer systems and MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations according to company policy.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs.
