Poolcorp, a leading pool supply distributor near Atlanta, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate. You will assist customers at the counter and over the phone, answer product questions, and process orders to ensure a smooth pickup experience.

Build relationships and support showroom and basic warehouse tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates enjoy helping customers, learning products, and working hands-on.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers for most of the day.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use basic computer systems and MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.

Responsabilités

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations according to policy.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items at the counter following manufacturer policy.
• Provide an estimated delivery date to customers based on vendor schedules.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders, occasionally using an RF scanner.
• Restock and replenish showroom merchandise to maintain product availability.
• Cross-train in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
