Job summary

POOLCORP, located in West Nyack, NY, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to engage customers at the counter and over the phone. You will answer questions, process orders, and help ensure smooth sales and pickup experiences.

The role involves relationship building with customers, supporting showroom and light warehouse duties, and learning product lines. Strong customer service and basic MS Office skills are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of related inside sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction/maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments per policy.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and stock availability.
• Assist with warranty item disposition per manufacturer policy.
• Provide estimated delivery dates based on vendor schedules.
• Restock showroom merchandise and support warehouse operations.
