POOLCORP in Peoria, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support customers at the counter and over the phone, answering product questions, processing orders, and helping ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience. You will enter orders, issue invoices, and recommend solutions while building relationships and supporting showroom and warehouse duties.

The role requires 18+ years, strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with customers for most of the day.
• Strong computer skills, including basic MS Office usage.

Responsibilities

• Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations according to company policy.
• Recommends products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluates warranty items disposition per manufacturer policy and customer needs.
• Provides estimated delivery dates based on vendor schedules.
• Loads and stages customer orders and supports showroom/warehouse duties.
