Job summary

POOLCORP, a leading distributor of outdoor living products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for the Webster, TX area. You will assist customers at the counter and over the phone, answer product questions, process orders, and help ensure smooth sales and pickup experiences.

You will build strong customer relationships, support showroom and basic warehouse operations, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service attitude and ability to interact with customers most of the day.
• Proficient in basic computer systems and MS Office.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform basic warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions and orders.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments per policy.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and availability.
• Provide delivery estimates based on vendor schedules.
• Restock showroom merchandise and support warehouse duties.
