POOLCORP is hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Orlando to assist customers at the counter and over the phone. You will answer product questions, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience. Build strong customer relationships while supporting showroom and basic warehouse operations.

The role requires a customer-driven attitude, solid computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Prior inside sales experience is preferred; HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers most of the day.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and basic systems.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and availability.
• Determine disposition of warranty items per policy.
• Provide estimated delivery dates based on vendor schedules.
• Pull and distribute customer orders, stage items, and sometimes use an RF scanner.
• Restock showroom merchandise and support warehouse duties.
