Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its SpringWell water filtration line. You will handle a high volume of inbound leads via phone, chat and email, guiding homeowners to high-performance filtration solutions.

You’ll learn quickly, communicate clearly, and partner across teams to refine processes and elevate the customer experience. Your success will come from consultative selling, needs-based discovery, overcoming objections, and moving opportunities through

Qualifications

2+ years of inside sales experience with a track record of results.
Proven ability to independently manage a full sales cycle from qualification through close.
Strong needs-based discovery and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

Be the first voice homeowners hear from SpringWell and own the full sales cycle for standard and moderately complex configurations.
Conduct structured discovery to understand water quality concerns and translate results into actionable guidance.
Educate customers on SpringWell products and recommend configurations aligned to needs and budget.
Progress opportunities through sales stages, handling pricing, installation and product questions.
Maintain accurate CRM records with notes, follow-ups and pipeline activity.
Meet or exceed revenue targets while balancing inbound volume and conversion quality.
