Fortune Brands Innovations is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our SpringWell water filtration business. You will guide homeowners to high-performance filtration solutions and manage a high volume of inbound leads by phone, chat and email, using consultative selling to tailor recommendations.

Success comes from quick learning, initiative, clear communication and cross-team collaboration to refine processes and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from qualification to close.
• Experience selling higher-consideration or consultative products.
• Ability to manage high inbound lead volume while maintaining conversion discipline.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing pipeline, follow-ups and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Be the first voice homeowners hear from SpringWell via phone, chat, email, and follow-ups, owning the full sales cycle for standard configurations.
• Translate test results and technical details into plain language homeowners can act on.
• Educate customers on SpringWell products and recommend system configurations meeting needs, budget, and install requirements.
• Move opportunities through defined sales stages toward close, handling pricing, installation, and product-differentiation objections.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with call notes, follow-ups and pipeline activity.
