Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our SpringWell water filtration business. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads by phone, chat and email, guiding homeowners to high-performance filtration solutions and owning the full sales cycle for standard configurations.

Success comes from rapid learning, initiative, clear communication and cross-team collaboration. You will meet revenue targets, maintain CRM records, and grow product knowledge to upsell

Qualificações

• 2+ years of inside sales experience with a track record of results.
• Ability to independently manage a full sales cycle from qualification through close.
• Strong needs-based discovery and objection-handling skills.
• Experience selling higher-consideration or consultative products, not purely transactional ones.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing pipeline, follow-ups and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first voice homeowners hear from SpringWell across inbound channels and own the full sales cycle for standard configurations.
• Conduct structured discovery to understand water quality concerns and translate results into actionable guidance.
• Educate customers on SpringWell products in a consultative manner and recommend configurations.
• Progress opportunities through sales stages toward close while handling objections on pricing and installation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share customer insights with marketing and product teams.
