Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for SpringWell water filtration to guide homeowners to high-performance solutions. You will manage inbound leads by phone, chat, and email, using consultative selling to tailor configurations that fit needs and budget.

Your role requires fast learning, initiative, clear communication, and cross-team collaboration to refine processes and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales with a track record of results.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from qualification through close.
• Experience selling higher-consideration or consultative products.

Responsibilities

• Be the first voice homeowners hear from SpringWell and own the full sales cycle for standard and moderately complex configurations.
• Conduct needs-based discovery to translate test results into actionable recommendations.
• Educate customers on SpringWell products with a consultative approach.
• Progress opportunities through defined stages toward close and handle objections.
• Deliver a professional experience that builds trust and drives conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including notes and follow-ups.
• Build product knowledge across system capabilities and installation factors.
• Meet or exceed revenue and productivity targets with balanced lead volume and follow-up.
• Share recurring questions and insights with marketing and product teams.
