Job summary

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking Inside Sales professionals who build strong customer relationships through expert guidance and exceptional service. From the front counter to tailored solutions, you'll quote, upsell, process orders, manage customer data, and collaborate with outside sales and operations.

This full‑time role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years inside sales, strong communication, Windows familiarity, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to focus on different tasks and use time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support with courteous communication.
• Enter orders, pricing and customer data; respond to quotes and inquiries.
• Maintain showroom stock and coordinate deliveries and logistics.
• Operate cash handling procedures and use management software for billing and tracking.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist large or complex projects.
• Coordinate deliveries with Operations and assist with trainings.
• Support safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and being a Company of Choice.
