In this role you will handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, inventory coordination, and showroom operations while collaborating with sales teams. A high school diploma and 2+ years inside sales experience are preferred, with a focus on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to focus on different tasks and use time efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales Support: maintain professional communication with customers and provide product knowledge for quotes and proposals.
• Order Management & Communication: enter orders, respond to quotes, and collaborate with sales reps and internal teams.
• Inventory & Showroom Operations: manage stock, schedule deliveries, and coordinate showroom activities.
• Cash Handling & System Use: operate cash register and use billing/reporting software.
• Product & Project Knowledge: maintain up-to-date product knowledge and manage order details for large projects.
• Logistics & Operations Coordination: coordinate deliveries with Operations and purchase/delivery of special products.
• Trainings: attend required sales meetings and training programs.
• Miscellaneous: uphold Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and Company values.
