The role requires 2+ years inside sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will handle orders, quotes, inventory coordination, and showroom operations while upholding safety and customer-focused values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming calls preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to focus on different tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Warehouse work with forklift experience/training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers before, during, and after sales.
• Provide knowledge on products and generate accurate quotes and proposals.
• Assist walk-in customers and handle inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Drive profitable sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems accurately.
• Respond to orders and quote requests via multiple channels (phone, email, fax, etc.).
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and internal teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Coordinate deliveries with Operations staff and manage inventory movement.
