Inside Sales Representative / Order Processor

Electronics Manufacturing Industry

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a well-established electronics manufacturing company in Torrance, CA. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in customer service, order management, inventory coordination, forecasting, and ERP systems within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with factories regarding order modifications, schedule changes, and shipment updates.
• Monitor inventory levels and support forecast planning activities.
• Prepare and maintain customer quotations.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
• Maintain customer records through ERP and CRM systems.
• Process RMAs, returns, and shipment discrepancies.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams, customers, and manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management experience.
• Experience within manufacturing, electronics, distribution, or industrial environments strongly preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems is required.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Basic Excel skills required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
