Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Order Processor for a direct hire opportunity in Gardena, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong order management, account support, CRM, and administrative coordination experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

The Account Manager/Order Processor will play a key role in supporting customers, distributors, factories, contract manufacturers, and internal sales teams by managing order entry, delivery schedules, forecasts, quotations, inventory updates, RMAs, and customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

• Manage order entry, delivery scheduling, shipping coordination, purchase orders, sales orders, forecasts, and order updates through internal systems.
• Communicate with factories, contract manufacturers, customers, distributors, and internal teams regarding schedule changes, quantity adjustments, cancellations, shipment issues, and order status.
• Support weekly forecast updates, customer inventory monitoring, distributor programs, stock rotation activities, and hub order processing.
• Prepare and update quotations, respond to customer and internal inquiries by phone, email, and CRM, and support sales teams with business growth initiatives.
• Process RMAs, returns, shipment discrepancies, product inquiries, new part number registrations, weekly and monthly reports, and general administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
• Location: Gardena, CA.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage order processing, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery schedules, shipment updates, and customer order changes.
• Coordinate with factories, contract manufacturers, distributors, customers, and internal sales teams to support order fulfillment and account needs.
• Prepare quotations, update forecasts, maintain CRM records, monitor inventory, and support reporting and RMA activities.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in account management, customer support, order processing, sales support, or client care.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-related environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of order entry, order management, shipping coordination, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer account support.
• Experience using CRM systems and internal order processing systems to manage customer information, inquiries, and transaction details.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally with customers, distributors, factories, and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing customer requests.
• Proficiency with reporting, data entry, email communication, and general administrative support.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting distributor programs, stock rotation activities, RMAs, shipment discrepancies, and customer inventory management.
• Experience preparing quotations, updating forecasts, and working closely with sales teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing order flow, factory communication, contract manufacturer coordination, and supply chain support processes.
