Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends every month.
• Ability to drive frequently.
• Knowledge of computers and some software.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect 1–2 hours daily; obtain referrals from families served; network and build relationships with the community.
• Build relationships with families: respond to inquiries; listen with empathy; understand needs and offer value; stay in touch for satisfaction; prepare for appointments with professionalism.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and staff to provide seamless, high-quality service; review past services and contacts to support current needs; share family concerns with the SCI team.
