Service Corporation International is hiring an Inside Sales professional in Charlotte, NC to handle client families, generate leads, educate on pre-need planning, and close sales with empathy and efficiency.

You will collaborate with funeral directors and staff, manage referrals, and maintain high activity levels to meet revenue goals. Evening/weekend flexibility and a valid driver’s license are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or an equivalent education and experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation: prospect daily, obtain referrals, build community relationships.
• Build relationships with families: respond to inquiries promptly, listen, and provide empathetic service.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors and location staff to ensure seamless service.
