Sci Corp in Florida is hiring a Sales Professional - Inside Sales to serve families with compassionate, high-quality service and drive revenue for the cemetery through pre-need arrangements. You will generate leads, present options to families, and build lasting relationships that lead to referrals.

The role requires evening/weekend flexibility, knowledge of computers, and the ability to work with funeral directors and location managers to provide seamless, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Must be able to pass internal certification and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and prospect daily with minimum 1-2 hours of outreach.
• Serve families with empathetic, professional service and address inquiries.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships for referrals.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and location staff to ensure seamless service.
• Prepare for appointments and manage follow-ups to meet client needs.
