You will lead client engagements, coordinate appointments, build trust-based referrals, and collaborate with funeral directors to ensure seamless, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain an insurance license if required by state.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect 1-2 hours daily.
• Obtain referrals from families served by the location.
• Network and build community and civic relationships.
• Explain and present funeral/cemetery options to families.
• Maintain activity levels and track productivity.
• Build relationships with families and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Listen with empathy and communicate openly to understand family needs.
• Prepare for appointments and perform procedures with professionalism.
• Follow through on customer problems and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Earn referrals by educating families on pre-planning benefits.
