• Provide accurate estimates and ensure timely, professional pricing and proofs.
• Maintain pricing strategies and billing procedures; resolve inquiries and issues.
• Use MIS and CRM tools to manage customer projects and communications.
• Keep customers informed about job progress through production to pickup.
