AlphaGraphics is seeking an Account Manager to boost inside sales and support the Account Executive. You will work to attract new customers, maintain and expand existing accounts, and deliver a positive client experience across projects.

Your role includes understanding product offerings, pricing, and MIS/CRM tools to create accurate estimates and respond quickly to inquiries. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Account Management experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.
• Strong analytical skills, able to break projects into steps.

Responsibilities

• Increase center inside sales and support Account Executive as needed.
• Maintain center accounts and expand penetration into existing accounts.
• Provide customers with clear benefits of products/services and up-sell when opportunities arise.
• Review proofs, manage proofing, and call customers when jobs are ready for pickup.
• Create timely, professional job estimates with pricing accuracy.
• Routinely resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain pricing strategies and customer billing procedures.
