Job summary

AlphaGraphics is seeking an Account Manager to grow inside sales, support Account Executives, and deliver a positive client experience across the center. You will learn AlphaGraphics products, pricing, and production processes to accurately quote jobs and upsell where appropriate.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, CRM proficiency, timely communication, and professional presentation while maintaining center accounts and expanding penetration into existing ones.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and customer relations.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Professional communication and customer-facing skills.
• Familiarity with MIS and order entry processes.

Responsibilities

• Increase the center’s inside sales and support the Account Executive.
• Maintain and grow center accounts; draw in new customers and contacts.
• Prepare job estimates with pricing accuracy and timely delivery.
• Routinely resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Use CRM tools to track leads and progress and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate production progress and keep customers informed.
