Job summary

AlphaGraphics is seeking an Account Manager to grow inside sales and support the Account Executive, focusing on bringing in new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts while ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities include pricing accuracy, job estimates, MIS and CRM usage, and timely communication to customers through production and delivery steps.

Qualifications

• Account Management experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong writing, verbal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase inside sales and support the Account Executive.
• Maintain center accounts and expand penetration into existing accounts.
• Create a positive customer experience and communicate product benefits.
• Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Capture customer specifics using Job Analysis questions.
• Review proofs and manage the proofing process.
