Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced RME Planner to oversee CMMS administration, asset management and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM at our Alabama location. You will measure PI metrics, maintain equipment metadata, manage Work Orders, develop PM Plans, and drive materials management with the facilities team.

Requirements include a 2-year Associate degree (or equivalent), 4+ years with EAM, data analysis skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree or professional training in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields.
• Flexible hours; operation may run 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, including most holidays.
• 1-3+ years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Experience communicating to peers, hourly associates, and senior management regarding maintenance, inventory, and cost control.
• 4+ years working with enterprise asset management software such as Infor EAM ASE.
• 2+ years data analysis in facilities maintenance, Asset management and spare part optimization.
• User training experience is desired.
• Must be self-driven, organized and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility’s PI metrics to management; interpret data, troubleshoot process, and make recommendations based on findings.
• Develop and maintain accuracy of equipment metadata in EAM (manufacturer, model, serial number, system structure).
• Develop and maintain Work Order data: Adding Equipment to PM Plans, Schedules, and Work Packages; define scheduled due dates or initial meter points.
• Develop and maintain FC specific PM Plans, Schedules, Routes, and Work Packages.
• Support management in WO data accuracy (Equipment on WOs, booked hours, parts usage, WO type).
• Support management in scheduling and assigning work; manage work orders through lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain spare parts metadata (supplier, catalog, quantities, pricing, part numbers).
• Drive materials management: generate requisitions/POs/receipts, maintain 5S in store, cycle counts, data to drive corrective actions.
• Work with facilities team to reduce costs and improve parts quality.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analysts to roll out new functionality and reporting.
• Provide software trainings to end users and new EAM Administrators; liaison for problem solving and escalation.
• Coach staff on CMMS best practices.
