Job summary

C&W Services, a Cushman & Wakefield division, seeks an experienced CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts using Infor EAM at our Huntley facility.

The role requires data-driven decision making, process improvement, and effective training of staff on CMMS best practices. We offer a safety-first culture with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3+ years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years’ working experience with enterprise asset management software; Infor EAM ASE is highly desired.
• 2+ years’ data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, asset management and spare parts optimization.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility’s PI metrics to the management team; interpret data, troubleshoot process, and make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain accuracy of equipment metadata; input manufacturer, model, serial number, and system structure in EAM.
• Develop and maintain accuracy of Work Order data; add equipment to PM plans, schedules, and work packages.
• Develop and maintain FC specific PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages.
• Support management in review of WO data accuracy and scheduling and closure of work orders.
• Develop and maintain spare parts metadata; supplier, catalog number, pricing, part numbers.
• Drive materials management; generate requisitions, POs, receipts; 5S of the store; cycle counts; cost action.
