Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory across multiple sites. The role focuses on maintaining accurate equipment and spare parts metadata in the CMMS, defining work orders, schedules, and PM plans, and supporting cost control and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience, 4+ years with EAM software, and strong data analysis skills, with a proactive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree (or equivalent training) in Business Admin, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years’ working experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE highly desired).
• 2+ years’ data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, asset management, spare part optimization.
• Experience communicating to peers, hourly associates, and senior management regarding maintenance, inventory and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics to management; interpret data and make recommendations.
• Maintain equipment metadata in CMMS; ensure accurate WOs, PMs, schedules and parts.
• Schedule, assign and manage work orders; ensure closure and data integrity.
• Develop PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages for FC.
• Manage spare parts metadata; optimize inventory and pricing.
