Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced RME Planner to oversee CMMS administration, asset management, and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM at our Rhode Island facility. You will develop PM plans, manage WOs, and train end users while driving data-driven improvements.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in asset management software, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields.
• Flexibility with hours; operation may run 20 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• 4+ years’ experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE highly desired).
• 1-3+ years of related experience in maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics; interpret data and make recommendations.
• Maintain equipment metadata (manufacturer, model, serial, system structure) in EAM.
• Manage Work Orders: add equipment to PM plans; define due dates and WO data.
• Develop FC PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages.
• Audit and improve spare parts metadata; manage store materials and cycle counts.
• Schedule and assign work; ensure WO creation, update, and closure.
