Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced RME Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM at our location. The role emphasizes data quality, PM scheduling, and end-user CMMS training to support efficient maintenance operations.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3+ years in a maintenance or manufacturing setting, strong data analysis and communication skills, and familiarity with enterprise asset management software such as Infor EAM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3+ years in maintenance, asset management or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with enterprise asset management software, preferably Infor EAM.
• Strong data collection, interpretation and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management, work planning and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM.
• Develop PM plans, schedules, routes and work packages; define due dates and meter points.
• Maintain equipment metadata (manufacturer, model, serial, system structure).
• Ensure Wo data accuracy: equipment on WOs, hours, parts usage, closures.
• Drive materials management: requisitions, POs, store 5S, cycle counts.
• Provide CMMS trainings and act as liaison for problem solving and escalation.
